Return of Products
You can return any product purchased from our online store within 7 working days, from the date of delivery of the order (according to Article 44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15 of Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19). Although it is not necessary to specify the reasons, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org communicating the return.
The products must be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition and with all accessories, instructions and documentation.
Packages cannot be returned when there is no element that identifies the sender (order number, name, address, etc).
If the product is damaged, the company reserves the right to request compensation. The merchandise will be sent to:

The expenses and risks linked to the return of the product will be borne by the buyer, who must send the package safely and with the necessary guarantees so that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition. The client must assume the transport cost to make the change of return.
The return of the product will be a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned Menorcan sandals. The refund will be made to the client’s account within 3 days from the moment the product arrives to Mesquida Brother SL. Anyone who returns their product will receive an email informing them of the amount of their refund and requesting an account number to make the deposit.
If you prefer, the client has the possibility of changing the sandals returned with others of equal value; in this case, you must indicate it specifically in the email to email@example.com

To do so, you will have 15 working days and you must send a message through the Change and Returns Form communicating the change and indicating the product for which you want to replace the product purchased online.

Right of Withdrawal
The customer is entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day the customer purchases the product.
If you wish your right of withdrawal, it is necessary that you inform us through the withdrawal form, a letter or via email.
To comply with the withdrawal period, the communication regarding the exercise of this right has to be sent before the corresponding term expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of withdrawal, we will return to the customer all payments received after the purchase, including the delivery costs without any delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date that we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make the reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the client for the initial transaction, unless the client has expressively stated otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any expense as a result of the refund. The cost of transport for the return of the product/s will be borne by the customer.
We can retain the refund until we have received the goods, or until the client has presented proof of the return of the same, depending on which condition comes first.
The client must return or deliver directly the products without undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if you make the return of the goods before the term has expired.
